This paper proposes a Real-Time Wireless Building Management System (BMS) framework for life insurance ecosystems leveraging AI-driven cloud computing, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Software-Defined Networking (SDN). The framework enables real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making to enhance operational efficiency, security, and fraud detection in life insurance operations. Distributed wireless nodes ensure seamless connectivity across modular system components, while cloud orchestration supports scalability and secure data management. By integrating AI with KNN-based predictive modeling and SDN-enabled dynamic network control, the system provides adaptive risk mitigation, human-centric oversight, and resilient infrastructure management. This approach ensures a reliable, intelligent, and secure life insurance ecosystem.
