Enterprise Java applications play a critical role in modern distributed systems, particularly in financial services, retail, and telecommunications domains. However, performance bottlenecks often arise due to inefficient resource utilization, network latency, and poor system integration. This study presents a comprehensive framework for optimizing performance in enterprise Java applications using middleware technologies and messaging systems such as Java Message Service (JMS) and IBM MQ. The proposed approach integrates asynchronous communication, load balancing, caching, and thread optimization techniques to improve system throughput and reduce latency. Experimental evaluation demonstrates significant improvements in response time and scalability, achieving up to 60% reduction in latency and 70% increase in throughput. These findings highlight the effectiveness of middleware-driven optimization strategies in enhancing enterprise application performance.
