Organizations operate in increasingly complex environments characterized by regulatory uncertainty, cyber threats, global supply chain disruptions, and exponential growth in enterprise data. Traditional risk management approaches often function in silos, limiting the ability of enterprises to identify interconnected risks and respond proactively. This essay proposes an Intelligent Risk Governance Framework (IRGF) that integrates financial compliance, supply chain resilience, and enterprise data management into a unified governance architecture. The framework leverages advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, predictive risk modeling, and data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational resilience and regulatory adherence. Financial compliance is strengthened through continuous monitoring, automated controls, and real-time reporting mechanisms that support transparency and accountability. Supply chain resilience is improved through risk visibility, supplier intelligence, scenario planning, and adaptive response strategies. Enterprise data management serves as the foundation of the framework by ensuring data quality, security, accessibility, and governance across organizational functions. The proposed approach emphasizes the alignment of strategic objectives with risk governance practices, enabling organizations to detect emerging threats and capitalize on opportunities. Furthermore, the framework supports sustainable organizational performance by integrating risk intelligence into operational and strategic processes. The study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on integrated governance by demonstrating how intelligent technologies and coordinated governance mechanisms can address contemporary challenges in financial compliance, supply chain continuity, and enterprise-wide data stewardship
