Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled cloud-native platforms are transforming modern enterprise ecosystems by enabling intelligent integration, automation, and secure business operations across distributed environments. These platforms combine cloud-native principles such as microservices, containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and DevSecOps with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and autonomous decision-making capabilities. The convergence of AI and cloud-native architectures enhances scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency while ensuring real-time responsiveness to dynamic business demands. Enterprises are increasingly adopting these platforms to unify fragmented data systems, streamline workflows, and strengthen cybersecurity postures through intelligent threat detection and automated incident response. This study explores the architectural design, integration mechanisms, and security frameworks underlying AI-enabled cloud-native platforms for enterprise systems. It highlights how machine learning models, intelligent APIs, and event-driven architectures contribute to seamless enterprise integration and operational intelligence. Additionally, the paper investigates how AI enhances cloud security through anomaly detection, identity management, and predictive risk analysis. The findings suggest that AI-driven cloud-native systems significantly improve business agility, reduce operational costs, and enhance decision-making accuracy. However, challenges such as data privacy, model bias, interoperability issues, and system complexity remain critical concerns. The research concludes that AI-enabled cloud-native platforms represent the future of secure, scalable, and intelligent enterprise computing.
