Modern digital corporations require complex IT ecosystems that can turn massive volumes of data into actionable insights while guaranteeing structural stability and security. This paper introduces an advanced architectural framework for designing intelligent enterprise platforms that natively blend Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing with autonomous security and robust data engineering. Traditional enterprise infrastructures often treat processing engines, cloud storage, and security tools as isolated silos, which results in latency bottlenecks, broken data lineages, and vulnerabilities to advanced cyber attacks. By creating a unified, data-mesh-driven ecosystem hosted on multi-cloud environments, this design framework leverages automated metadata fabrics and machine learning to build data pipelines that are fully AI-ready. Furthermore, we explore the integration of intelligent security mechanisms, combining continuous behavioral analytics, automated threat modeling, and self-healing zero-trust architectures to defend against malicious data injection and zero-day exploits. This study provides a step-by-step methodology for orchestrating these distinct domains into a single, cohesive compute platform. Ultimately, the proposed architectural design shows that combining intelligent data processing with autonomous security models significantly improves enterprise scalability, lowers operating costs, and ensures long-term regulatory compliance.
