The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally reshaping the nature of work, organizational structures, and workforce capabilities across industries. While AI-driven technologies have enhanced operational efficiency, automation, and decision-making, they have also accelerated changes in job roles, competency requirements, and skill demands. Consequently, organizations are increasingly challenged to transform their human capital strategies from traditional workforce development toward continuous reskilling and lifelong learning. Existing research has extensively examined AI adoption, digital transformation, and automation; however, relatively limited attention has been given to how organizations can systematically develop sustainable reskilling strategies that enable employees to adapt to rapidly evolving technological environments. This study addresses this gap by developing a conceptual framework that explains how organizational leadership, learning culture, strategic workforce planning, digital capability development, and continuous learning initiatives collectively support human capital transformation in the AI era. Adopting a conceptual research approach, the study synthesizes scholarly literature published through December 2024 on artificial intelligence, workforce reskilling, organizational learning, human capital management, and digital transformation. The findings suggest that successful AI adoption depends not only on technological investment but also on an organization's ability to cultivate adaptable employees capable of continuously acquiring new competencies. The proposed framework positions continuous workforce reskilling as a strategic organizational capability that enhances employee adaptability, organizational resilience, innovation capacity, and long-term competitive advantage. The study contributes to the human resource management and strategic management literature by integrating fragmented perspectives into a comprehensive model for human capital transformation and offers practical guidance for organizational leaders seeking to prepare their workforce for the evolving demands of the AI-driven economy
