Multi-tenant cloud environments enable organizations to share computing, storage, networking, and application resources while improving scalability, operational efficiency, and cost utilization. However, shared infrastructure introduces significant security and resilience challenges, including tenant isolation failures, configuration drift, privilege escalation, resource contention, and delayed responses to infrastructure anomalies. This research proposes an AI-driven infrastructure automation framework for securing multi-tenant cloud environments while strengthening enterprise resilience. The framework integrates machine learning-based anomaly detection, intelligent infrastructure provisioning, automated policy enforcement, continuous configuration monitoring, predictive resource management, and automated incident response. Infrastructure-as-Code techniques are incorporated to provide consistent and auditable deployment across distributed cloud resources, while AI models analyze telemetry, workload behavior, security events, and resource utilization to identify emerging risks. A policy-aware orchestration layer dynamically adjusts infrastructure configurations and remediation actions according to tenant requirements and organizational security policies. The proposed methodology evaluates security effectiveness, provisioning efficiency, anomaly-detection accuracy, resource utilization, recovery performance, and operational resilience using controlled multi-tenant cloud scenarios. The expected outcomes demonstrate that combining AI intelligence with automated infrastructure management can reduce configuration inconsistencies, accelerate threat response, improve tenant isolation, and support continuous service availability. The framework provides a scalable foundation for secure, adaptive, and resilient enterprise cloud operations.
